Role Overview

Looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, handle complaints, and provide pre- and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints, warranty, and service requests.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare reports.
- Support sales and after-sales activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or sales coordination.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in electronics, FMCG, consumer durables, or mobile accessories preferred.
