Daily Labour and Material Management

· Take daily labour reports (DLR) and allocate work based on labour availability.

· Measure the output of each labourer and prepare weekly labour bills.

· Arrange labour as per the project's needs and requirements.

· Rise material requisitions weekly and ensure timely procurement.

· Check material samples, obtain client approval, and proceed with procurement.

· Maintain a record of excess materials and register the details for future billing.

Drawing and Measurement Verification

· Study construction drawings and measurements to plan daily work activities.

· Verify the measurements of each work segment and columns against the drawings.

· Segregate pipeline work according to the drawings and ensure proper implementation.

Quality Control

· Conduct strength tests on concrete and ensure its quality.

· Test materials such as cement, bricks, water, and concrete with third parties and submit reports to the company and client.

· Arrange for pressure tests, coordinate with stakeholders, and get reports signed by the client.

Coordination and Communication

· Communicate with local authorities to get details about existing water lines.





· Repair and resolve issues related to water line breaks.

· Coordinate transportation, machinery, and other site requirements.

· Arrange for suppliers to present material samples to the client for approval.

Documentation and Reporting

· Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and submit them to the project manager and client.

· Collect and document details of work done, challenges faced, and plans for the next day.

· Capture photos of completed work, prepare weekly reports, and submit them for client billing.

· Prepare and achieve monthly targets in line with the project schedule.

Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement

· Conduct leak tests for tanks, address any leaks, and obtain necessary certifications.

· Provide store requisition slips to labourers for material issuance.

· Participate in training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in construction industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
