Job Role

We are looking for a Field Executive to visit residential and commercial properties available for Sale or Rent, take clear photos/videos, and share them with the Zorba Estates team for listings and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
- Visit properties available for Sale and Rent.
- Take explicit and good-quality photos and videos of the property.
- Capture interiors, exteriors, rooms, parking, building, frontage, amenities, and surroundings.
- Take photos from different angles to properly showcase the property.
- Send all photos/videos to the Zorba Estates team through WhatsApp or company communication channels.
- Collect basic property details during the visit.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, or concerned persons for property access.
- Use Google Maps for navigation and location tracking.
- Inform the team about any important observations during the property visit.




- Complete other field activities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Good smartphone handling and basic photography skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada/Hindi/English communication is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work on-field.

Preferred Skills

- Good sense of photography and framing.
- Ability to capture clean and presentable property pictures.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- Previous real estate or field experience is a plus.
