Job Summary:
We are looking for a premium motorcycle Sales Advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience, understand customer requirements, and achieve sales targets for Triumph motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Triumph motorcycles.
- Explain features, specifications, variants, technology, and pricing clearly.
- Conduct and coordinate test rides and product demonstrations.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry records in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, accessories, and extended warranty options.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Follow up with customers after sales and generate referrals.
- Maintain premium showroom standards and represent the Triumph brand professionally.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in premium automobile/two-wheeler sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of premium bikes is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and well-groomed personality.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
