Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and highly communicative BDE to drive new business and build strong client relationships in the digital media and advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Pitch and sell Branding, Programmatic, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Media solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and create customized advertising solutions and pitches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to drive conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.

Requirements

- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality with a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable with client meetings, face-to-face interactions, and presentations.
- Ability to independently approach, engage, and build relationships with clients.
- Experience in Ad Sales, Digital Media Sales, BDE, Programmatic Sales, or Influencer Marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on-site in Noida.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
