BANKEDGE – Academy of Banking & Finance is looking for an Academic Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career-oriented programs and support them throughout the admission process.

The candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable speaking with students and parents, and able to handle enquiries and follow-ups professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding BANKEDGE courses and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, website, social media and walk-ins.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with interested students.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility and admission process.
- Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
- Maintain and regularly update student details in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
