About the Role

Build high-quality cross-platform mobile apps used by thousands of people. You'll work on the full mobile lifecycle - from architecture and development to app store submission and post-launch iteration.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter (iOS & Android)
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with clean state management (Bloc or Riverpod)
- Implement native device features - push notifications, biometrics, cameras, location
- Optimise app performance, startup time, and memory usage
- Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, smooth UIs
- Manage app store submissions, releases, and versioning

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of Flutter development with published apps on Play Store / App Store
- Strong Dart skills and understanding of Flutter rendering internals
- Experience with Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod state management
- Familiarity with Firebase and mobile analytics tools
- Understanding of accessibility and internationalisation

Nice to Have

- Native Swift or Kotlin experience for platform-specific features
- Experience with Flutter Web or Flutter Desktop
- Prior work on fintech, health, or e-commerce mobile products
