About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Community Builder who can build, engage, and grow our community through both online and offline activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in connecting with people, organizing campaigns and events, and representing the brand across different communities and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and potential customers.
- Engage with people through online platforms, social media, and offline activities.
- Connect with IT parks, organizations, fitness communities, and other relevant groups to expand the community.
- Plan and execute community campaigns, fitness camps, events, and engagement activities.
- Develop solid relationships and create a positive rapport with clients and community members.




- Introduce and promote the brand and create awareness about our outdoor sports and fitness offerings.
- Encourage participation and engagement across different age groups.
- Represent the brand at offline events, meetups, campaigns, and community activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute community-building initiatives.
- Travel to different locations for events, campaigns, and community activities as required.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly outgoing, friendly, and comfortable connecting with new people.
- Willingness to work in both online and offline environments.
- A person who is willing and ready to travel in and around coimbatore.
- Need interest in Fitness.
