Job Purpose:

TRAINING IN FIELD OF DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

Responsibilities:

· Significant experience with machine and measurement tools٫ such as calliper٫ micrometre and so on

· Excellent understanding of production procedures and good ability to read and implement blueprints٫ drawings and manuals

· Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

· Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment

· Housekeeping and sanitation

Requisite Skills:

Knowledge:

· Documentation knowledge

· Knowledge on production planning

· Abnormal Condition

· Awareness of 4M Management





· Team Co-ordination

· Measuring Instruments knowledge

· Process Knowledge

Skills:

· Knowledge on die & tools

· Design & Drawing knowledge

· Die Manufacturing Knowledge

· Die Steel Knowledge

· VMC/CNC Machine Operation Process & tools Knowledge’s

· Tools Handling Skills

Ability:

· Self-Motivation

· Internal Communication

· Dissemination of Information

· Implementation Execution of 5S

· Follow safety standards

Education:

· Any Technical qualification.

· Relevant Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of experience on a machine operator position in any engineering industry

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
