- Cost Estimation & Take-offs: Calculate exact material and labor quantities from interior architectural drawings, including partitioning, false ceilings, flooring, and wall linings.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns for materials like veneers, laminates, glass, specialist joinery, and furniture.
- Tendering & Procurement: Analyze tender documents, evaluate subcontractor bids, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Billing & Cost Control: Measure on-site progress, prepare interim valuations (RA bills), process subcontractor payments, and manage variations or non-tender items.
- MEP Coordination: Account for interior mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) adjustments such as lighting layouts, HVAC ducting modifications,



and fire safety systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with interior materials (gypsum, tiles, vinyl, woodwork, and hardware) and finishing standards.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized quantity takeoff or ERP tools.
- Contract Management: Understanding of standard industry contracts, measurement rules , cost-variance reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
