Designation: Course Advisor/Course Counselor/Sr Admision Counselor,

Location:TransGlobe Academy - Kaloor, Kathrikkadavu

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Pre-sales counselling to students regarding admissions by any of the customers preferred means -in-center, online, etc.
- Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updation of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrollments/ handling registrations.
- Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students to encourage conversions.
- Ensure the high rate of conversion of all leads- telephonic, forwarded, and referrals to be successful in achieving the performance goals.
- Gather & collate accurate client information on prescribed enquirer forms from walk-ins and a timely update on the portal.




- Monitoring and follow up of creation of schedules.
- Be responsibly proactive in up-selling and cross-selling relevant products.
- Ensure effective & appropriate communication with students.
- Be proactive for self-development initiatives.
