We are looking for an experienced Sr. Purchase Executive with strong knowledge of industrial products and procurement processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing industrial tools, safety products, power tools, electrical items, pneumatic tools, welding equipment, lubricants, hardware, and other MRO products while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

Experience : Minimum 3-5 years and above
Working days : 6 days working

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for industrial products.
- Source products from manufacturers, distributors, and authorized suppliers.
- Identify and develop current vendors based on price, quality, product range, and delivery capability.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate price, credit terms, MOQ, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for pending orders and ensure timely delivery.




- Coordinate with the Sales, Store, Accounts, and Management teams regarding purchase requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange procurement according to sales and inventory requirements.
- Maintain updated vendor lists, product price lists, purchase records, and supplier information.
- Verify received materials against PO specifications, quantity, and quality requirements.
- Handle shortages, damaged materials, replacements, returns, and vendor-related issues.
- Monitor market prices and product availability to ensure competitive purchasing.
- Develop strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate better commercial terms.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and improve overall procurement efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase and vendor performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
