Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Costing & Fixed Assets Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Project Costing and Fixed Assets modules, including project capitalization, CIP processes, asset lifecycle management, accounting, reconciliation, and period-close activities.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to support implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and production support activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Fusion Project Costing

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Project Costing modules.
- Set up projects, task structures, project organizations, classifications, and expenditure types.
- Manage project cost collection, cost imports, accounting, and allocations.
- Perform project accounting and project-to-GL reconciliation activities.
- Support period-close activities and resolve costing discrepancies.
- Configure project capitalization and integration with Fixed Assets.
- Analyze business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in UAT, system testing, and user training.

Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets

- Configure and maintain asset books, asset categories, depreciation methods, and accounting rules.
- Manage asset additions, transfers, adjustments, retirements, and reinstatements.
- Handle Construction in Progress (CIP) capitalization processes.
- Support asset lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
- Manage Mass Additions and asset integrations from Accounts Payable and Project Costing.
- Perform Fixed Assets period-close and reconciliation activities.
- Support asset accounting and Subledger Accounting (SLA) processes.

Support & Enhancements

- Analyze, troubleshoot,



and resolve production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support enhancement requests and change management activities.
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and business users.
- Prepare functional design documents and solution documentation.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of Oracle ERP experience.
- Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Project Costing.
- Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets.
- Experience with Project Costing–Fixed Assets integration.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation/support projects.
- Strong exposure to reconciliation, accounting, and period-close processes.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
