About the Role

Hexagon Energy is an Australian solar and battery retailer providing residential solar and energy storage solutions across Australia.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative based in India to join our Australian sales team.

Your main responsibility will be to contact customers who have already expressed interest in solar or battery products, understand their requirements, follow up with them, explain our solutions, prepare quotations, and convert opportunities into sales.

This is a sales-focused role. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow-ups, comfortable working with targets, and able to communicate professionally with Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new leads by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email

- Speak with Australian homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions

- Understand the customer's electricity usage, existing solar system and requirements

- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities

- Explain solar and battery solutions in simple and clear English

- Follow up consistently with customers until a decision is made

- Prepare and send quotations/proposals using our internal system

- Handle common customer questions and objections

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

- Work closely with our Australian operations and installation teams

What We Are Looking For

- Strong spoken and written English

- Clear and confident telephone communication

- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, call centre sales or B2C sales

- Strong follow-up and closing skills

- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Good computer and CRM skills





- Reliable internet connection and professional home-working workplace

- Able to work Australian business hours

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

- Australian solar sales

- Solar or battery sales

- Australian energy market

- Australian telecommunications sales

- Australian insurance or finance sales

- International B2C telesales

- Appointment setting or lead conversion

Solar experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to strong sales candidates.

Working Hours

This position supports customers in Australia. You must be comfortable working according to Australian business hours.

You should be comfortable asking questions, understanding customer needs, handling objections and confidently asking for the sale.
