Position: Mobilizer – DDU-GKY Skill Development Project
Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Target-Based Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred in mobilization, field work, skill development, education, NGO or government projects.

About the Project

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Mobilizers for our DDU-GKY – General Duty Assistant (Advance) skill development project.

The program provides free skill training, food, accommodation, training kit and placement assistance to eligible rural youth.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize eligible candidates from rural and BPL families in Bikaner district.
- Conduct village-level visits, meetings and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, SHGs, local representatives and community leaders.
- Identify and counsel eligible candidates for the GDA Advance course.
- Organize mobilization camps and candidate counselling sessions.
- Achieve daily/monthly mobilization and admission targets.




- Maintain candidate data and submit regular field reports.
- Coordinate with the training centre for candidate documentation and joining.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas.
- Knowledge of villages/Gram Panchayats in Bikaner district will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, RSLDC, skill development, NGO or education mobilization will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
