Job Description

Plus UAE Group is looking for Mechanical Engineering graduates / final-year students to join our Kochi office as Mechanical Engineer Interns.

This internship is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing a career in technical sales, international business development, industrial markets and engineering-related commercial activities.

Selected interns will receive structured training and work with our India and UAE teams on real business-development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research engineering and industrial companies.
- Identify manufacturers, OEMs and service providers.
- Understand basic company products and technical capabilities.
- Identify relevant company decision-makers.
- Support telephone, email and LinkedIn business outreach.
- Assist the sales team with lead research and qualification.
- Prepare basic company and product summaries.
- Support presentations, proposals and business-development activities.
- Maintain prospect and follow-up information in CRM.
- Coordinate online meetings with the senior sales team.
- Learn industrial B2B sales and international market-development processes.
- Support other technical and commercial activities assigned by the team.

Previous sales experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
