- Generate leads through social media platforms, references, and other marketing channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Pay: ₹25,000.35 - ₹30,000.48 per month
