Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commi to join our Food & Beverage team. The Commi will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, following recipes and portion specifications, and ensuring timely preparation of orders as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare food items as per approved recipes, standards, and specified quantities.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and within the required time.
- Ensure dishes are correctly portioned, garnished, and presented as per prescribed standards.
- Maintain proper storage and optimum conditions for all food stocks and ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
- Handle kitchen equipment, utensils, and other assets with proper care.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Inform the CDP/Sous Chef promptly about anticipated shortages of ingredients or other requirements.
- Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth F&B; operations.
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting and assisting colleagues whenever required.
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and seminars as required.




- Follow standard operating procedures and instructions provided by the Chef/Culinary team.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant kitchen experience will be an added advantage.
