Job Summary

We are looking for target-oriented Sales Executives to handle the Shine.com process. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through outbound calling, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Handle customer queries and client interactions professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert leads and achieve assigned sales targets.




- Contribute towards business development and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle outbound sales calls.
- Candidates with relevant telesales/business development experience will be preferred.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹28,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
