We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil / Structural Engineer to coordinate and oversee structural and construction-related activities for high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor structural and civil construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review and coordinate structural drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Supervise and monitor high-rise building construction activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report updates, issues, and delays to the management.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution of structural and civil works.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and coordination issues.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety requirements.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely availability.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate corrective actions wherever required.




- Assist management in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering and construction projects.
- Strong experience in high-rise building construction will be preferred.
- Experience in structural project coordination and site coordination is essential.
- Good understanding of construction methods, structural drawings, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Candidates must be from Ernakulam District, Kerala.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the required areas.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + TA (Travel Allowance)

Salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, technical expertise, and suitability for the role.
