Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Position: LRD Assistant Manager
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Experience: 6–10 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience
Hindi Speaking: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate labour for interior execution projects
- Oversee recruitment, scheduling and deployment of labour
- Plan manpower requirements according to project needs
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams and workers
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and construction safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, working hours and performance
- Address and resolve labour-related issues at project sites
- Act as a liaison between project managers and workers
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination among all project stakeholders
- Candidate Requirements
- ✅ Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- ✅ 6–10 years of relevant experience
- ✅ Hindi speaking is mandatory




- ✅ Experience in interior projects / interior execution will be an advantage
- ✅ Basic understanding of labour laws and safety regulations
- ✅ Robust manpower and labour coordination skills
- ✅ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- ✅ Good communication and problem-solving skills
- ⭐ Ideal CandidateCandidates with experience in labour management, manpower deployment, site coordination and interior/construction projects are preferred.
