We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive / Lead Hunter who knows how to find the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, generate quality B2B leads, and book first demo/discovery calls for SaaS-based products and/or IT services.

Must have:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation / Lead Hunting / Business Development.
- Experience in generating leads for SaaS products, software solutions, IT services, or technology products.
- Proven experience in cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and online lead research.
- Experience in qualifying leads and booking demo/discovery calls.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales process and lead generation funnel.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM and lead management tools.

Key Responsibilities





- Generate high-quality B2B leads for SaaS products and IT services.
- Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, databases, and online research.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and requirements.
- Initiate conversations and create interest in our products/services.
- Book qualified demo/discovery calls for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure maximum demo attendance.
- Maintain lead details, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and demo booking targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
