We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer with hands-on knowledge of elevator installation to ensure that all elevator projects are executed as per approved drawings, company standards, safety requirements, and quality specifications.
· Proven relevant work experience as Quality Executive/Incharge.
· Capable of identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.
· Must have excellent communication skills, email writing skills (English and Hindi is must). Prior experience in client coordination will be added advantage.
· Must have good attention to detail. Must possess good leadership skills.
· Versatile and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements.
· Should be able to use computers and email
Job Description
- Conduct quality inspections of elevator components, fabricated parts, and finished products.
- Ensure proper documentation for ISO and other quality management systems (if applicable).
- Perform stage-wise inspections during installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists,
and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) records.
- Identify quality defects and coordinate with Production, Design, and Installation teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor welding quality, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and assembly quality.
- Verify incoming materials and purchased components as per quality requirements.
- Conduct final inspection before dispatch and installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Handle customer quality complaints and support root cause analysis.
- Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Train technicians and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Monitor rejection, rework, and quality performance indicators and submit periodic reports to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
