Job Title : Home Collection Phlebotomist ​

​About Us : Biogenics Labs a leading diagnostic laboratory committed to providing accurate, reliable, and convenient testing services. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our home sample collection team.

​Key Responsibilities ​Travel to patients' locations (homes/offices) to perform secure, hygienic, and timely blood sample collection. ​Verify patient identity, label samples correctly, and maintain proper sample storage during transit. ​Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a comfortable experience for patients. ​Transport collected specimens safely back to the central lab within designated timeframes.

​Requirements

​Education:



Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or relevant nursing certification. ​

Vehicle: Two-wheeler (Bike) is strictly mandatory. ​Licensing: Valid Driver's License and active vehicle documentation. ​

Experience: Prior experience in phlebotomy and home sample collection preferred. ​Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude. ​Compensation & Perks ​Competitive Base Salary: Based on experience ​Incentives: Performance-based incentives per successful collection

​Allowances: Full petrol allowance provided

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
