We are looking for Passionate, Energetic, and guest-focused GSA – F&B; Service professionals to join our luxury boutique property at Athirappilly.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent guest-handling skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the Food & Beverage industry.

Eligibility :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service is preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; service standards.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and good team spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

- Welcome, greet, and escort guests to their tables.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
- Prepare tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.




- Provide menu recommendations and promote upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages professionally according to established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Check food, beverages, dishes, and glassware for quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup in the restaurant and service areas.
- Present bills accurately and handle guest payments as required.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Follow all hotel standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, and safety procedures.
