- Windows OS installation, formatting & troubleshooting
- Software installation and updates
- Printer installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- LAN/network connectivity troubleshooting
- Wi-Fi and internet connectivity support
- User account creation and password support
- Email configuration and troubleshooting
- Antivirus installation, updates & security checks
- Hardware troubleshooting – RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.
- Desktop/Laptop preventive maintenance
- Data backup and restoration support
- Shared folder and network drive configuration
- CCTV/DVR basic IT support
- IT asset inventory and maintenance records
- Troubleshooting system errors and application issues
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
