Rasayana Fine Chemicals Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and ensure smooth communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Resolve customer issues professionally

Requirements:

- Graduate (preferred)
- Valuable communication skills (English & Kannada)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
- Customer handling skills
- Experience in customer support is an added advantage
