We are looking for a HR Executive who will be able to Manage Hyderabad Branch including recruitment , onboarding , branch level employee handling, issuing offer letter and all other forms of letters, Documents management, attendance management, etc. .

Your responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and introductions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support conflict resolution and manage disciplinary processes in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and address training and development needs.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.




- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards.
- Organize employee engagement activities to promote a collaborative and motivated workforce.
