We are looking for an experienced and skilled Urban Designer with strong expertise in landscape architecture and affordable housing projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in urban design, master planning, site planning, and landscape integration, with the ability to develop practical and sustainable design solutions for large-scale housing developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop urban design concepts, master plans, site plans, and development layouts for large-scale projects.
- Plan and design affordable housing projects, ensuring efficient land utilization and functional community spaces.
- Integrate landscape architecture, open spaces, green areas, pedestrian zones, and recreational spaces into urban developments.
- Prepare concept designs, zoning plans, site analysis, circulation plans, streetscapes, and public realm designs.
- Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, civil/structural engineers, and other consultants.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, master plans, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
- Conduct site studies and incorporate site conditions, environmental considerations,



and planning requirements into designs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building bye-laws, development regulations, zoning regulations, and planning standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and project discussions.
- Provide design solutions that balance cost efficiency, functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and community needs.
- Review and coordinate design development from concept through execution.

Mandatory Requirements

- M.Tech is mandatory.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Urban Design / Urban Planning.
- Landscape Architect experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Affordable Housing Projects is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of master planning, urban planning, site planning, landscape design, and public spaces.
- Experience in large-scale residential/housing development projects will be preferred.
