About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our inbound customer support team.

The role involves handling incoming customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, and resolving queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and customer queries.

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

* Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.

* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

* Maintain excellent customer communication and satisfaction.

* Record customer interactions and update details in the system.

* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.





* Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

No Sales Target

This is a 100% customer support role.
