We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Grapher cum Video Editor to join our team and create high-quality visual content for our CMA (USA) educational programs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both video shooting and editing, and have a good understanding of social media content, educational videos, promotional videos, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and shoot high-quality videos for CMA classes, faculty sessions, student testimonials, events, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
- Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, animations, sound effects, music, and other visual elements as required.
- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and educational clips.
- Capture and edit videos during events, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio quality, and overall production quality during shoots.
- Maintain consistency with the academy's brand identity and visual style.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, Faculty, and Academic teams to understand content requirements.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and other digital assets.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends,



social media formats, and content styles.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Robust attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in EdTech, educational institutions, coaching academies, or academic content creation is highly preferred.
- Experience shooting faculty lectures, student testimonials, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
- A portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous videography and editing work is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
