- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
- Assist in food preparation, including cutting, cleaning, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and food safety.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock of kitchen ingredients and supplies.
- Support the team during busy service periods and ensure timely food preparation.
- Minimize food wastage and follow proper portion-control procedures.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
