Requirements:

- ITI, diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Freshers and candidates seeking apprenticeship training are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in fiber work, crack repair, fiberglass repair, maintance, or related technical work.
- Willingness to learn about repair materials, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.

Experience:

No prior experience is required. Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
