Young Professional – IT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Young Skilled – IT to support and coordinate IT project implementation. The role will act as a bridge between the Department, end users, and the IT/Consultant team to ensure smooth project execution, system rollout, user adoption, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day IT project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Gather and document business requirements and prepare/review BRD, SRS, process flows, and functional documents.
- Coordinate with IT/Consultant teams for software development, configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Support system testing, UAT, data migration, validation, and Go-Live activities.
- Coordinate user training, prepare user manuals/SOPs, and support adoption of new systems.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and maintain project trackers.
- Provide end-user support, track helpdesk tickets,



and coordinate issue resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project-related activities.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, implementation, or IT coordination.
- Experience in government/large-scale IT projects and multi-location software deployment will be preferred.
- Good understanding of software development, databases, APIs, testing, data migration, and IT support.
- Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
