- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team profiles, and ideal candidate personas.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, qualified networks, job boards, portfolio sites, and employee referrals.
- Draft and post compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect our culture and technical needs.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical competence, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate the interview workflow, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling between candidates and internal teams.
- Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiations, reference checks, and final contract preparation.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate pipeline data and clean tracking metrics.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
