We are looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate Performing Arts Teacher to inspire children through performing arts and help them develop confidence, creativity, self-expression, and stage presence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable teaching children aged 4–14 and have expertise in one or more areas of performing arts such as acting, theatre, drama, movement, dance, storytelling, or stage performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online performing arts classes for children.
- Introduce students to acting, theatre, drama, movement, and performance techniques.
- Develop students' confidence, creativity, self-expression, communication, and stage presence.
- Teach age-appropriate acting exercises, improvisation, role-play, and character development.
- Help students improve voice projection, facial expressions, body language, and emotional expression.
- Incorporate storytelling, dramatic activities, performance games, and creative exercises into lessons.
- Prepare students for individual and group performances when required.
- Encourage students to explore their creativity and express themselves confidently.
- Adapt teaching techniques according to the student's age, personality, skill level, and learning pace.
- Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to help students improve.
- Track student progress and communicate feedback to parents when required.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly online classroom setting.
- Follow SkillWing Academy's curriculum, teaching standards, and class procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Performing Arts, Theatre, Drama, Dance, Fine Arts, Education,



or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Performing Arts Teacher, Theatre Teacher, Drama Instructor, Acting Coach, or similar role.
- Experience working with children, preferably ages 4–14.
- Strong knowledge of performing arts and performance techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage young learners through creative and interactive activities.
- Strong voice modulation, expression, body language, and performance skills.
- Patient, energetic, encouraging, and comfortable working with children.
- Good spoken English, particularly for communicating with international/NRI students.
- Comfortable conducting classes using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
