Job Purpose

Drive sales of books and digital products while delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and recommend books and related products
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage billing, POS operations, and customer follow-ups
- Maintain store presentation, stock, and inventory
- Support promotions, events, and memberships

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma (any discipline)
- 0–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Solid communication and customer focus
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
