About the Role

We are a SaaS analytics company looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to join our in-house infrastructure team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals with relevant certifications to gain hands-on experience managing enterprise systems, cloud services, and containerized environments in a fast-paced SaaS setup.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, groups, and access controls.

Provision, configure, and maintain Windows Virtual Machines across on-premise and/or cloud environments.

Administer and maintain Linux (Ubuntu) servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as system backups, patch management, security updates, and health monitoring.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability.

Assist in managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, including basic deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting support.

Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Collaborate with the DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment pipelines and infrastructure needs.

Ensure compliance with organizational security and IT policies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (user/account management, licensing, security groups).

Familiarity with Windows Server/VM management.

Working knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu server administration (commands, service management, permissions).

Understanding of backup, monitoring, and patch management practices.

Basic exposure to Kubernetes (pods, deployments, namespaces, kubectl basics).

Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a energetic SaaS environment.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications (At least any 2 )

Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals / Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

CompTIA Linux+ / LFCS (Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator)

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent

Any relevant cloud certification (Azure/AWS Fundamentals)

Eligibility

Freshers/Trainees with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with up to 1+ years of hands-on experience will be preferred.

Immediate availability for 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST shift is required.
