We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Manage daily budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Create basic ad copies and coordinate with the design/content team for creatives.
- Track campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct basic keyword, audience and competitor research.
- Continuously test and improve campaigns to generate quality leads.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of digital advertising, targeting, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.




- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Plus

- Experience with HubSpot CRM and lead management.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing or other digital marketing channels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
