Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Engineer to support daily operations and drive process efficiency. The role involves monitoring performance, identifying operational bottlenecks, coordinating with site teams and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight & Site Visits

- Conduct periodic site visits across Telangana to assess and monitor onsite operations.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate corrective measures.
- Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations at operational sites.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain and update daily operations KPI sheets for Cube, 2DC and MI.
- Ensure accurate data tracking in coordination with the reporting manager.
- Prepare and present reports on site performance, project progress and operational bottlenecks.

Coordination & Communication





- Coordinate between site in-charges and management for smooth execution of tasks.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination for project execution and issue resolution.
- Follow up with associated companies regarding assigned tasks, project milestones and compliance requirements.

Audit & Compliance Support

- Assist in internal audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Participate in risk assessments.
- Support adherence to quality, environmental and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing audit reports with observations and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas and formatting.
- Experience with ERP, CRM or project management software.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for site visits across Telangana.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
