Hiring: Agency Manager / Field Sales Manager

Role Overview We are seeking proactive, target-driven professionals to expand our agency distribution network. In this role, you will identify, recruit, and mentor financial advisors and agents while driving sales of life insurance and wealth management products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and build an active network of insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, guide, and motivate your advisor team to achieve individual and branch business targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales of life insurance and investment products through your agency channel.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide field-level sales support to agents.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and policy retention.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) / Any Graduate.
- Experience:



Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and team management skills.
