Pre-Surgery Responsibilities

- Preparing the Room: Clean and disinfect the operating theatre, lights, and tables.
- Setting up Equipment: Check anesthesia machines, monitors, and surgical tools to make sure they work.
- Managing Supplies: Arrange sterile trays, gloves, sutures, and drapes.
- Patient Care: Help move and position the patient safely on the operating table
- During Surgery Responsibilities
- Assisting the Team: Hand surgical instruments quickly and safely to the surgeon or scrub nurse.
- Operating Devices: Monitor and adjust suction machines, lights, and other technical apparatus.
- Supporting Anesthesia: Help the anesthesiologist track patient vitals, IV fluids, and drug administration.
- Maintaining Sterility: Keep a strict sterile field and respond rapid to emergency needs.
- Post-Surgery Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Sterilization: Wash, pack, and sterilize instruments using autoclave machines.
- Waste Disposal: Dispose of biomedical and surgical waste safely following hospital rules.
- Patient Transfer: Help wheel the patient safely to the recovery room.
- Record Keeping: Log inventory levels, equipment checks, and sterilization cycles

Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
