Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a collection team, drive performance, and ensure portfolio targets are achieved. The candidate will be responsible for team hiring, team management, portfolio handling, daily performance monitoring, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Hiring & Staffing
- Identify and recruit suitable telecallers/collection executives.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Maintain required manpower and team productivity.
- Team Management
- Manage and motivate the collection team on a daily basis.
- Allocate accounts/work efficiently among team members.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance discussions.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Portfolio Management
- Handle assigned collection portfolio effectively.
- Monitor account-wise and customer-wise collection progress.
- Prioritize overdue and high-risk accounts.
- Ensure proper follow-up and PTP management.
- Performance Management
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.




- Monitor individual productivity and collection achievement.
- Identify low performers and take corrective actions.
- Drive the team toward assigned collection targets.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily collection and performance reports.
- Share regular updates with the Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams for portfolio and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper adherence to company and client processes.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Collections / Recovery / Telecalling / Field Collections.
- Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
- Strong target-oriented approach.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and achieve deadlines.
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, or Collection Agencies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
