- Supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff during the shift.
- Assign rooms and duties to room attendants based on occupancy and workload.
- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet hotel standards.
- Check beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, amenities, and overall room presentation.
- Monitor cleanliness of public areas, corridors, elevators, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, vacant/occupied rooms, check-outs, and rooms ready for sale.
- Report maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas to the Engineering/Maintenance department.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping complaints professionally.
- Ensure VIP rooms and special rooms are prepared according to requirements.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure staff follow hotel SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.




- Train and guide room attendants and recent employees on cleaning and service procedures.
- Check and maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and performance.
- Assist with deep cleaning and periodic cleaning programs.
- Follow proper lost-and-found procedures when guest belongings are discovered.
- Prepare or assist with daily housekeeping reports and room-status updates.
- Coordinate with Laundry, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Support the Assistant Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper in maintaining departmental standards.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
