Job Summary

iTutormind Digital Education LLP is looking for a Quality Analyst Executive – Academic Operations to monitor the quality of live 1:1 online tutoring sessions conducted through Microsoft Teams.

The role involves observing classes, evaluating tutor performance objectively, identifying genuine teaching-quality concerns, documenting observations, providing constructive feedback and supporting continuous tutor development.

Key Responsibilities

- Observe live 1:1 online classes across Grades 1–12.
- Evaluate classes for student engagement, understanding, participation, lesson flow, communication, professionalism and adherence to academic SOPs.
- Assess whether tutors appropriately check prior knowledge, address doubts, adapt teaching to the student and provide opportunities for independent learning.
- Complete structured QA Observation Forms after class observations.
- Record clear, factual and evidence-based observations rather than personal opinions.
- Identify strengths, priority improvement areas and recurring performance concerns.
- Provide specific and actionable feedback for tutor improvement.
- Recommend coaching, refresher training or follow-up observations wherever required.
- Highlight serious academic, behavioural or SOP-related concerns to the Academic Coordinator/Management.
- Maintain observation records,



QA trackers and daily/periodic reports.
- Support the Academic Team in identifying common training and development needs.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree; Education/Teaching background preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching, academic coordination, teacher training, classroom observation or education-quality experience preferred.
- Robust understanding of teaching pedagogy and student-centred learning.
- Excellent observation, analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have a laptop, stable high-speed internet and a professional work-from-home setup.
