We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive who can manage and grow our Meesho and Flipkart business and increase orders and sales.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces and should understand how to improve product visibility, conversion and sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage daily operations on Meesho and Flipkart

● Increase orders, sales and product visibility

● Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions and keywords

● Manage product pricing, offers and promotions

● Monitor competitors and market trends

● Manage marketplace ads/campaigns and optimize them for better ROI

● Track orders, cancellations, returns and other marketplace performance

● Identify reasons for low sales and take corrective actions

● Analyze sales reports and improve product performance

● Manage catalog, inventory and product information

● Work on strategies to improve ranking and conversion

● Coordinate with the team for stock,



dispatch and customer-related issues

Requirements

● 2–4 years of practical experience in Meesho and Flipkart

● Proven experience in increasing orders/sales on marketplaces

● Good understanding of marketplace listings, ads, pricing and promotions

● Ability to analyze sales data and take performance-based decisions

● Experience with e-commerce seller panels is required

● Candidate should be able to independently handle marketplace operations

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked with fashion/apparel, kidswear or similar products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
