Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Baristas & Café Team Members to join our growing team. If you love coffee, food service, and customer interaction, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per brand standards
- Handle customer orders and ensure excellent guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
- Operate POS billing system efficiently
- Follow SOPs for service, quality, and safety
- Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in café / QSR preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
