Voice Process Executive

Location: Vin Nagar, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu

Department: Sales Support / Customer Relationship Management

Reports to: Sales Coordinator / Zonal Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Voice Process Executive to handle customer calls, support lead generation and follow-ups across

our East, West, North, and South zones, and assist the customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation and order follow-up

- Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, order status, and after-sales support

- Coordinate with the sales and CRM team to update call outcomes and customer data in the CRM/tracking

system

- Schedule follow-up calls and appointments .

- Maintain call logs, daily reports, and lead status trackers

- Escalate unresolved complaints or technical queries to the concerned department





- Support multilingual communication with customers across different Indian zones (Hindi/regional language

skills a plus)

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree; freshers with good communication skills may apply

- 0-2 years of experience in a voice process, telecalling, or inside sales role (BPO/manufacturing/B2B

experience preferred)

- Transparent, confident verbal communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, email)

- Patient, persuasive, and target-driven attitude

- Ability to handle high call volumes and follow structured scripts/pitches

- *Based on performance and skill assessment, the role will be assigned after a 1–3 month evaluation period.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
