Lite Stays is a growing serviced-apartment company operating professionally managed apartments across Mumbai. As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – Property Acquisition & Partnerships to build relationships with developers, builders, brokers, landlords and property investors across Mumbai.

What you'll do:

Source residential properties suitable for serviced apartments.

Develop relationships with builders, developers, brokers and channel partners Identify landlords/investors with multiple apartments.

Source clusters of apartments, entire floors and buildings Explore fixed-lease, management-contract and revenue-share opportunities.

Conduct property visits and preliminary evaluation Negotiate rental, deposit, lock-in and commercial terms.

Understand society/building restrictions before proposing properties Maintain an active acquisition pipeline.

Who we're looking for Ideally 2–5 years of experience in residential real estate,



developer sales/leasing, brokerage, co-living, serviced apartments, property management or hospitality expansion.

A solid existing network of Mumbai brokers, developers, landlords and channel partners will be a major advantage.

We're looking for someone who is field-oriented, commercially sharp, persistent and comfortable negotiating directly with property owners and developers.

Location: Mumbai Compensation: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month + travel reimbursement + attractive acquisition incentives Experience: 2–5 years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
