As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and applies a cloud-first and agile approach to develop scalable and efficient applications that enhance client services and operational effectiveness.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in an agile environment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
